Rotting Tree Trunk
2010This tree trunk can be found in our village woods. To me it's fascinating to see how it's slowly rotting away. I check it out every so often to see what it looks like covered in snow, hidden between nettles and other weeds and so on. I regularly take pictures of it too. I had a very special (magical) experience near this tree trunk and painting it was the logical next step.
