Roosje

For as long as I can remember, I have made drawings, mostly portraits in pencil or charcoal. These days I prefer to paint. For the longest time oil  paint was my favourite medium but at the moment I work mostly with acrylics.
On rare occasions I pick up pencil, charcoal or pastels, but I'm always lured back to canvas and oils!

Personal Background
I'm a very intuitive person, I'm trained in energywork (aura, chakra, healing, crystals and so on) and this disposition shows in my artwork. Some of my paintings are 100% intuitive, but I really like to combine realistic and intuitive subjects in one painting, which can lead to surprisingly peculiar yet intriguing results! Maybe the correct description would be "magically enchanting".
